Kantar Insights is a key growth area for Kantar in Denmark. We are seeking an ambitious Insight Research Executive focusing on quantitative data analysis and communication of insights, to help unlock our client’s growth potential in their market. We have clients represented in all sectors: FMCG, Finance, B2B, Public etc. and our insight projects can have both domestic, regional and global reach. We work with clients within different business issues, e.g. Brand Strategy, Innovation, Customer- and Employee Satisfaction, and much more.

Manage projects from initial scope through to analysis and insight delivery
Identify project delivery specifications and critical milestones and ensure that we deliver on time and against agreed objectives/project scope
Define research setup and questions which meets client’s business issues
Analyse quantitative insights most often from online or phone interviews
Develop graphical, intuitive visualization of insights in Excel and PowerPoint
Deliver best in class and actionable insights to our clients through high quality, intuitive, clear-cut and strategic reporting and presentations
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated and actionable insights
Collaborate with the Consulting Directors to raise awareness and understanding of our solutions internally and externally and support Consulting Directors and other members of the team to identify and help to convert all business opportunities

Preferably 2-5 years experience with market research and insights
Ability to analyze data and translate these into actionable insights for our clients
Great project management and planning skills and experienced in working on multiple projects at any one time
Great people skills and ability to work both in teams and independently
Ability to run statistical analysis independently in SPSS (e.g. cluster- and factor analysis, regression models) is an advantage
Perform work accurately and effectively with attention to details
A proactive can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
